Text Box: Green Boy 13 7/8 oz Text Box: Red Boy 12 7/8 oz Text Box: Thursday May 24, 2007  What a Gorgeous Doodle Day!  What a gorgeous day it is outside!  It has been a quiet day, lots of time spent with the Doodles and puppies.  I was trying to spend some extra time with the other Doodles as I felt they got put on the back burner with all of yesterday’s excitement.   Kira and Walker are honeymooning so I had to let those two play for a while.  Kira loves puppies and she was quite excited about Circe’s puppies.   She would go down and take over Mommy duty if we let her!  I did take a nap this afternoon as I was up and down all night checking on Circe and the puppies.   I wanted to find some time to make some cookies for my neighbor who was so generous in getting me to the vet!  It is wonderful to have such friends and neighbors!  Here are the puppy stats, it isn’t unusual for a puppy’s weight to drop a bit after it is born and they usually pick it back up quickly.   I do take note of those puppies and get them in for some extra feedings.   Of course, we had a couple of guzzlers who put on a full ounce!   Blue Boy 12 1/8 oz       Pink Girl 12 ¾ oz     Purple Boy 13 7/8 oz   As you can see that even at this young of an age they have faces that just steal your heart!
